Terms of Service

Last updated June 19, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Beepeek (the “Service”) at beepeek.fm. In these Terms, “Beepeek,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Who can use Beepeek

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Beepeek on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

What Beepeek does

Beepeek gives each podcast episode a public planning page where listeners can suggest topics, vote, and react, and where hosts plan with their co-hosts and producers. When a host enables it, listeners can pay to have a question prioritized to be answered on air. Features may change over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content;
  • spam, manipulate votes, or artificially inflate activity;
  • scrape, overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the Service or its security;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • use Beepeek to violate anyone’s rights or any applicable law.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the Service or others.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of the content you submit — your shows, episodes, topics, questions, notes, and comments. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service (including AI features and displaying public boards). You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to it.

Public boards and episode pages are public by design — don’t post anything there you wouldn’t want seen.

Listener participation

Listeners can participate without an account. Submissions may become publicly visible (for example, a suggestion a host adopts, shown with the name the listener chooses). Hosts decide what they adopt and answer.

Paid questions and payments

When a host enables paid questions, listeners can pay the host’s set price to have a question prioritized. Payments are processed by Stripe; Beepeek facilitates the payment and retains a platform fee (currently 15%), disclosed before a host enables paid questions.

Refund guarantee: if a paid question is not answered on air within the window shown at checkout (by default, 3 episodes or 30 days, whichever comes first), it is automatically refunded in full. Paying does not guarantee a particular answer, and paid questions are not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Note: paid listener questions are not yet available; we will announce when they launch.

Plans and billing

Beepeek is free for hosts — there is no subscription and no card on file. Our revenue is the platform fee on paid listener questions described above (currently 15%). If we ever introduce optional paid plans or change the fee, we will give hosts clear advance notice before anything takes effect.

Termination

You can stop using Beepeek and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends; some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result (such as audience growth).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beepeek and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beepeek harmless from claims arising out of the content you submit, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Beepeek after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Beepeek’s operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protections of mandatory consumer-protection law where you live, which continue to apply. We’ll try to resolve any dispute informally first — please email us before filing a claim.
